Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison for BIM subject matter expertise
• Influence and implement digital project delivery standards
• Guide teams in developing and executing BIM plans
• Review models to ensure compliance with guidelines
• Prepare detailed drawings and 3D models in Revit
Requirements:
• 7+ years of BIM software experience prefered
• Expertise in Civil 3D and Common Data Environments
• Educational background in urban development or engineering
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Certification in BIM management is a plus
