Your expertise will play a key part in developing service staff and nurturing collaboration among Service Advisors, Technicians, and dealership management. Building strong relationships and motivating your team will be essential to fostering positive customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and control service department activities
• Develop explicit protocols for service personnel
• Mentor and support Service Advisors and Technicians
• Establish strong relationships within the dealership and beyond
• Ensure compliance with all training requirements
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Service Manager
• Familiarity with service policies and procedures
• Strong teamwork abilities and communication skills
Lead service delivery while deepening community ties and promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
