National Manager, iTero, Labs & Distribution Business Strategy Leader

Oversight of iTero, Labs, and Distribution business strategy in Canada, spearheading development and execution of initiatives to achieve iTero revenue goals and support overall Canadian business objectives.

Location: Canada – Alberta – Field based

Role Expectations

- Formulate and implement tailored, scalable strategies for the Canadian business, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives and building robust partnerships within the lab and distributor network.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure seamless coordination between iTero and Invisalign strategies, fostering synergy to optimize market impact.
- Conduct in‑depth market analysis specific to the Canadian dental landscape, identifying opportunities and challenges for each channel.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—sales, marketing, finance, customer support, and operations—to align strategies with broader business functions.
- Establish and regularly evaluate KPIs, reporting performance and recommending actionable improvements; own funnel management for Canada (East, West, and DSO).
- Lead GTM strategy build, execution, and training of new product innovations, identifying opportunities for product enhancements and technological advancements.
- Provide strategic support to the DP TMs sales team to align iTero initiatives with sales objectives and ensure adoption of iTero software and innovations.
- Communicate Canada’s strategic vision and objectives to internal stakeholders across the channels, fostering shared understanding and impact.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with initiatives, developing contingency plans to ensure resilience across the three business lines.
- Provide strong leadership within Canadian and global channels,



mentoring teams and cultivating a culture of ownership, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop scalable strategies for professional engagement and innovation, including education, lab engagement, and related initiatives with clear goals and resources.
- Support broader organization using restorative dental knowledge to influence business planning, training, marketing outreach, and investment decisions.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in business or health sciences.
- Minimum 10 years of applicable B2B sales experience, preferably in health‑related industries (dentistry, optometry, etc.); at least 6 years leading sales teams.
- Proven strategic leadership in the dental industry and CAD/CAM space.
- Ability to influence and lead in a complex matrix organization to achieve stretch objectives.
- Strong business, financial, and marketing acumen—including cash flow analysis, ROI, P&L; expertise.
- In‑depth knowledge of the Canadian dental market and experience with dental technology products.
- Cross‑functional experience with domestic and global partners.
- Excellent communicator in English, with solid presentation skills; French a definite asset.
- Documented track record of performance, achievement, and excellence in sales management, especially in high‑growth industries.
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects with convergent timelines.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced,



deadline‑oriented environments; highly collaborative, resilient, and adaptable.
- Strong technical savvy, including proficiency with Sales Force and MS Office suite.
- Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time, primarily within Canada and the US, including overnight stays.
- Willingness to vary working hours for evening or weekend customer events.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and travel to the US.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Pay Transparency

Base salary ranges represent Align’s expected pay for the role; total compensation includes incentive plans and equity. Field sales roles list base pay only and do not include incentive compensation. Geographic adjustments may apply for other locations.

For internship hourly rates, the standard pay is determined based on position, location, year in school, degree, and experience.
