As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in identifying and closing the next generation of elite talent across anime production, R&D, blockchain, and gaming.Why This Role MattersThis is not a coordination job. You will own full-cycle searches for high-impact roles and collaborate directly with founders, hiring managers, and the VP of Global Talent to build teams that align with our mission and culture. We move fast, hire globally, and expect precision, storytelling, and strategic hustle in every interaction.What You’ll DoSource, engage, and close candidates across multiple disciplines (technical, creative, and operational)Write, post, and distribute high-conviction job descriptions aligned to our standardsConduct async screenings, design role scorecards, and run structured interview loopsWork in partnership with VP, Recruitment, HR colleagues and partners across the orgnanizationCraft tailored outreach messaging that reflects our creative mission and async-native valuesEnsure an engaging, fair, and transparent experience for all applicantsAct as the primary point of contact for candidates from first touch to offerPartner with hiring managers to scope roles and define success profilesRun fast-paced,
