Drive FP&A; strategies and lead finance initiatives as an Associate Manager. Engage with finance leaders to provide actionable insights, oversee implementation projects and manage workstreams in a hybrid or remote model.
This role requires 3+ years of management consulting experience or 5+ years in an internal FP&A; role. You will utilize your functional expertise in corporate finance while ensuring effective delivery across the System Development Lifecycle. Build robust client relationships and deliver high-quality executive presentations that convey complex concepts effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead discussions with finance executives for strategic agenda
• Oversee FP&A; implementation projects and redesign processes




• Manage workstreams covering full System Development Lifecycle
• Develop detailed project plans and track milestones
• Create executive-quality communications and presentations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a business-related field
• 3+ years in management consulting or 5+ years in FP&A;
• Proven skills in project and people leadership
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. and Canada
• Willingness to travel as needed
