This position requires expertise in preventative maintenance and timely troubleshooting of medical equipment within healthcare settings. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal delivery of healthcare services while maintaining robust relationships with customers. Compliance with regulatory requirements and thorough documentation of work performed will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform installations and preventative maintenance on medical devices
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure patient care
• Build and maintain customer relationships for satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with policies and hospital protocols
• Document work and order necessary parts
Requirements:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or military education
• 4+ years servicing electronic equipment with a diploma
• Valid Driver's License required
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs unassisted
