Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial management and operational strategy
• Oversee daily operations of food and custodial services
• Collaborate on real estate and capital development projects
• Drive culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Ensure risk management and operational excellence
Requirements:
• 10+ years of finance and/or operations experience
• Proven ability to balance strategic and operational needs
• Post-secondary degree required; CPA preferred
• Solid interpersonal skills for effective leadership
• Adaptability, problem-solving, and sense of humor
