**equivant Supervision Corrections & Pretrial – Finance Manager**About the Role As the Finance Manager, you’ll be a strategic leader and trusted advisor, shaping the financial future of equivant SCP in partnership with the General Manager. As a member of the executive team, you’ll work closely with the leadership team, influencing decisions that drive growth and profitability. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building scalable financial operations. As equivant SCP is part of a larger group of justice industry business units, the Finance Manager will also have oversight and involvement with the financial forecasts for two other business units. Key Responsibilities Other responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager. 6+ years of progressive accounting experience (3+ years in a leadership role ideal). Strong knowledge of IFRS (especially IFRS 15 and 16).
Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Excel. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in technology-driven businesses or SaaS is a plus.
