Join a hybrid team as a Production Methods Supervisor. Lead and develop skilled employees while ensuring robust testing and smooth implementation of manufacturing changes.
As a supervisor, you’ll manage both salaried and unionized Methods staff supporting production operations. The role focuses on ensuring that all systems are fully tested and integrated into the manufacturing workflow, utilizing an effective First Article Inspection process. You will drive continuous improvement through AES tools and engage in Achieving Excellence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and develop Methods employees
• Ensure completion of Functional Test Procedures
• Integrate design changes into manufacturing




• Provide resources for quality and schedule adherence
• Foster participation in continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus
• Knowledge of aviation manufacturing systems required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive and proactive problem-solving attitude
