What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Analyze existing data processes to understand, document, and improve them
- Clean, transform, and analyze data to meet specific project objectives
- Facilitate discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with clients to understand their data needs
- Translate client requirements into actionable steps for developing analytical solutions
- Collaborate within project teams to deliver client solutions effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect technology and business objectives
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analyst consulting role
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SQL
- Understanding of data management and visualization practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with the Microsoft SQL stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure platforms (Power BI, Fabric, Synapse, Data Factory)
- Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its data
- Experience in quality control activities for data and reporting solutions
