Key Responsibilities:
• Lead finance, budgeting, and compliance oversight

• Strengthen internal controls and financial processes
Requirements:
• Accounting designation required; MBA a plus
• 5–8 years leadership experience in mission-driven organizations
• Expertise in financial literacy and compliance
• Proficient in accounting software and Google Workspace
• Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
