You will take a pivotal role in managing compensation cycles and consulting with HR Business Partners to align strategies with market trends. Your focus will be on compliance, stakeholder engagement, and enhancing the effectiveness of compensation tools and reporting metrics for decision-making. Drive impactful change by improving internal equity and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual merit and bonus processes for accuracy
• Collaborate on Canadian and US compensation programs
• Ensure compliance with pay equity and labor legislation
• Implement policies on internal platforms like SAP
• Conduct compensation modeling for organizational changes
Requirements:
• 7+ years in compensation and rewards
• Experience with compensation survey tools
• Robust data visualization skills in SQL, Power BI
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related
• Familiarity with provincial employment standards
