As part of the Corporate Site IT team, you will support end‑user technologies used by corporate staff, contribute to improving the digital workplace experience, and assist with the standardization and reliability of meeting room and collaboration technologies. This student job has a versatile start date and a 4‑month term.
What You'll Do
- Support AV and collaboration technology, including troubleshooting, and assisting with current state analysis, research, and documenting standards and support procedures
- Support the implementation of a Digital Employee Experience tool, including analyzing trends, and assisting with documentation for stakeholders
- Support the Site IT team in reviewing and updating elements of the VIP (executive) IT support program, including documentation, service experience inputs, and process improvements
- Provide end‑user support for corporate staff as part of the Site IT team
- Collaborate with team members and other IT groups to support enterprise initiatives
What You'll Bring
- Current enrollment in and return to a Computer Science, Technology, MIS, Data Science, Business Analysis or equivalent degree/diploma program from an accredited post‑secondary institution
- Demonstrated positive safety behavior and safety leadership
- Willingness to learn and gain knowledge and experience through training
- Excellent interpersonal teamwork and communication skills
- Motivation to set and achieve goals
- Self‑starter with the ability to take initiative and nurture projects forward
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- An interest in learning more about Nutrien's purpose and values
