Deliver top-notch service as a Customer Service Specialist focused on key accounts. Engage in merchandising, maintain freshness, and manage displays efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will cater to mid-format key accounts with a focus on executing merchandising agreements and managing inventory. Building solid relationships is crucial, as is providing excellent service to maintain goodwill among customers. You'll be responsible for all ordering and sales activities while ensuring ergonomic safety principles are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute ordering and sales activities for accounts
• Merchandise and maintain store displays with products
• Utilize point-of-sale materials effectively
• Build relationships with key store decision makers
• Ensure compliance with safety principles
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Retail customer service experience beneficial
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Capable of lifting 50+ pounds
Excel in providing exceptional service and strengthen customer relationships effectively.
