Support corporate finance operations as an Accounting Clerk. This role focuses on financial reporting, accounts payable, and ensuring daily accounting functions run effectively and accurately.
As an integral part of the Finance Department, you will assist in preparing financial statements and managing transactions for multiple Corporate Stores. This position requires solid attention to detail and organizational skills to support daily operations and communicate effectively with store managers. Key tasks include data entry for accounts payable and maintaining cash flow, among others.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clerical support to the Finance Department
• Manage daily cash flow and accounting transactions
• Perform data entry for vendor invoices
• Maintain communication with corporate store managers
• Prepare month-end financial statements and reconciliations
Requirements:
• Diploma in Accounting required
• Minimum two years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
Excel in a supportive role, producing accurate financial documentation and facilitating smooth operational processes.
