This full time position involves overseeing environmental monitors in a remote northern setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate staff and oversee Environmental Construction Monitors
• Manage compliance with environmental management plans
• Lead corrective action investigations for rapid issue resolution
• Promote safety awareness among all team members
• Participate in construction planning and contractor meetings
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years in environmental monitoring on large projects
• Supervisory experience preferred, mine site experience ideal
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Sciences preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in remote areas
