Elevate guest experiences as a Front Desk Operations Supervisor. Lead the Front Desk and Royal Service Night teams while maintaining high standards of hospitality and service quality.
This role focuses on effective operations and exceptional guest service within a prominent hotel. You will supervise daily activities, mentor colleagues, and ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences for all guests. Your leadership will empower your team to address service challenges and uphold the organization's core values consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily Front Desk and Royal Service activities
• Coordinate seamless check-in and check-out experiences
• Mentor team members through performance evaluations
• Maintain adherence to health and safety policies
• Lead by example with respect and teamwork
Requirements:
• 1+ years Front Desk supervisory experience required
• Proficiency in Micros-Opera Property Manager
• Knowledge of guest recovery processes
• Graduate of Hotel Management/Hospitality preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Drive excellence in hospitality while inspiring team members to create memorable moments for guests.
