Requirements:

- Manage accounting activities related to land development projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for multiple active projects
- Monitor project costs, analyze variances, and provide insights to support decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure financial alignment across projects




- Maintain detailed and organized financial records in a fast-paced setting
- Contribute to process improvements and help drive efficiencies within accounting workflows
- Assist with month-end processes and other ad hoc financial analysis as required

Qualifications:

- Experience in accounting within real estate, land development, or a related industry
- Strong understanding of the Canadian real estate market and development lifecycle
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to think critically and “outside the box”
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or working toward designation is an asset)
