Overview: At Cossette Media, we are looking for a performance media specialist to join our Performance Group. The role involves developing and managing paid search, paid social, and digital display strategies for clients, working closely with Media Planning teams to drive measurable results.

Salary Range : $40,000-$45,000 annually, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

- Support execution of best-in-class strategies in paid search, social, and digital display.
- Own campaign pacing, trafficking, and reporting.
- Lead activation quality assurance and troubleshooting to deliver best-in-class service.
- Assist with budgets & billing; manage finances and time.
- Mine search, social, and digital insights as part of responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Willingness to learn and passion for the industry.
- Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Team player with proactive attitude and strong desire to succeed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and time effectively.
- General knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Drive products and Microsoft Office Suite (Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint, Docs/Word).
- Bilingual is an asset but not required.
- Curiosity about leveraging AI tools to advance client work and objectives.
