Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line HR advisory support
• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
• Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition processes




• Coordinate accommodations and leave management
• Support HR operations and program delivery
Requirements:
• 3–5 years HR experience required
• Post-secondary education focusing on HR preferred
• Bilingual in French and English mandatory
• Familiarity with HR policies and standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
