Key Responsibilities:
• Implement youth protection laws and relevant procedures
• Evaluate living conditions following notifications
• Decide on interventions to ensure child safety
• Direct families to resources in crisis situations
• Work closely with a range of community partners including schools and social services
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in criminology required
• Integral membership in the professional order of criminologists
• A valid driver’s license and vehicle are needed
• Bilingualism considered beneficial
• Must handle pressure effectively and collaborate in teams
