In this pivotal role, you will manage end-to-end learning design projects under the Senior Manager, Learning Design. Your expertise will support onboarding, functional training, and personal development for a global audience. Collaborate with business leaders to align learning initiatives with strategic objectives, enhancing organizational effectiveness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design blended and digital learning programs for diverse audiences
• Create immersive learning experiences, including eLearning and ILT sessions
• Conduct needs analysis to identify learning opportunities
• Maintain and update existing learning content effectively
• Report on post-training metrics and integrate feedback
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in learning design or instructional design
• Experience with digital tools like Articulate Storyline and video creation
• Proven ability to deliver training for finance, supply chain, or tech
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Post-secondary degree in relevant field required
