This seasonal role emphasizes leadership and hands-on responsibilities. As the High Ropes Program Leader, you will create memorable experiences while planning and executing themed events. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan engaging ropes programs for campers
• Collaborate with Program Coordinator for activities
• Supervise staff and participants during programming
• Ensure safety of ropes equipment and activities
• Conduct administrative tasks related to programming
Requirements:
• Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
• ACCT Level 2 Ropes certification required
• Minimum 2 years in a camp or ropes role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility in working various hours and shifts
