Drive fleet excellence as a proactive Manager of Fleet Services. Oversee operations, lead a diverse team, and focus on performance metrics, modernization, and sustainability initiatives.
In this role, you will lead a team within a unionized workplace, implementing a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include managing day-to-day fleet operations, performance tracking, and vendor accountability. Additionally, you will oversee maintenance operations, ensure compliance with standards, and enact strategic planning for electrification and telematics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary fleet team
• Oversee performance management at multiple service facilities
• Manage capital replacement and lifecycle asset planning




• Define and track KPIs related to fleet performance
• Ensure compliance with maintenance and operational standards
Requirements:
• Degree in Business/Public Administration or similar
• 7–10 years of leadership in complex service operations
• Experience with KPI management and fleet systems
• Knowledge of telematics and decarbonization initiatives
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license required
