This fully remote role focuses on supporting customers in ServiceNow implementations, with a primary emphasis on process definition and improvement. You will leverage extensive experience in web technologies and ITIL methodologies to advise on the best practices for configuring and customizing ServiceNow. Your contributions will include drafting user stories, training system administrators, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
