In this full-time role, you’ll tackle recurring technical issues related to third-party integrations, container connectivity, and system failures. Your work will involve reading logs, querying databases, and understanding multi-stage infrastructure to resolve support tickets effectively. This is not a basic troubleshooting role; you will engage in complex diagnostics requiring strong analytical skills and patience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Triage customer support tickets across 10 categories
• Prioritize issues based on impact and frequency
• Diagnose third-party API key and billing challenges
• Debug container connectivity and reachability
• Investigate memory loss and continuity failures
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in technical support, DevOps, or related roles
• Robust skills in Linux command-line operations
• Familiarity with AWS and SSH
• Experience with Docker and basic scripting
• Ability to interpret TypeScript or Node.js code
