Role Description

This is a part time hybrid role based in multiple cities in Canada, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The City Lead will oversee local operations, recruit and build partnerships with handypersons, and ensure exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing on-ground activities, collaborating with the leadership team, and identifying opportunities to optimize service delivery. The City Lead will serve as the key point of contact for local stakeholders and drive Gotofix Technologies' growth in the assigned region.

Responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard verified service providers in your city
- Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and local businesses
- Promote Gotofix through local marketing and partnerships
- Ensure service quality by working closely with providers




- Drive bookings and platform adoption within your region
- Provide feedback to help improve the platform and user experience

What You Need

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with local stakeholders, customers, and service providers
- Proficiency in organizational tasks, problem-solving, and project execution
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage time effectively
- Experience in team leadership or local operations management, preferably in a service-oriented or technology-driven environment
- Customer service and relationship-building skills with a focus on creating positive user experiences
- Understanding of the home maintenance industry or service marketplace platforms is a plus
- Experience working with Trade professionals in a construction environment is a plus
