Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct monthly site visits for progress claims

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field
• 1-5 years of experience in project monitoring
• Knowledge of RICS standards and Provincial Lien Act

• Understanding of CCDC conditions and construction industry standards
