Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate food preparation and production activities
• Assist in establishing exceptional food presentation standards

Requirements:
• Completion of a Chef & Culinary Program preferred
• 3+ years Sous Chef experience in a premier setting
• Knowledge of allergens and special diets
• Strong communication skills essential
