Field Insight Specialist

This is not a typical entry-level role.

You’ll be out in the field across Canada — inside real retail environments — turning what you see into insights that directly shape sales and marketing decisions.

If you’re naturally curious, positive with people, and want a path into sales, commercial analytics, or business intelligence, this role is built for that.

What you'll do

- Travel nationwide to conduct field research and gather competitive intelligence
- Record and report field observations accurately
- Analyze and visualize data into actionable insights
- Contribute directly to marketing strategy

What we're looking for

- Strong communicator who's comfortable talking to people
- Detail-oriented and self-directed — you'll own your time on the road




- Valid G license and reliable vehicle is a must
- Comfortable with data collection and basic analysis tools
- Experience in market research is a plus, not a must

Compensation & perks

- $50K–$60K salary
- All travel expenses fully covered (hotels, meals, transportation)
