This role is essential in providing client care and home support under the guidance of the health care team. You’ll work collaboratively to enhance clients' independence in daily activities, ensuring their comfort and safety. Availability for shifts ranging from 3 to 12 hours will be required, along with the desire to assist those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in delivering client care and home support
• Observe and report changes in clients' health
• Support clients with activities of daily living
• Help with household tasks, including meal prep
• Maintain cleanliness in the work setting
Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized Health Care Assistant Program
• Ability to pass a criminal record check
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• First Aid/CPR certification
