Summary

We’re hiring a Business Systems Analyst (BA/SA) to support our internal initiatives across SharePoint (M365) remediation , automation/workflow operations , and AI-assisted development practices (Claude + GitHub Copilot). This role is ideal for someone who can translate business needs into practical technical action, troubleshoot systems, and ensure quality in AI-assisted outputs—without needing to be a deep specialist in every programming language.

This role requires a highly self-directed executor who can operate with minimal day-to-day oversight in a busy team workplace. You’ll work closely with our Business Systems Manager (who provides strategic oversight for SharePoint and AI initiatives) and collaborate with an overextended team that needs someone who can operate with high ownership and minimal day-to-day oversight .

What You’ll Do

- SharePoint remediation support (baseline required): assess SharePoint environments and help create modernization plans (structure, permissions/sharing, governance basics).
- Automation operations: support and troubleshoot workflow/orchestration systems (failure triage, root cause analysis, safe fixes, monitoring/runbooks).
- AI tool enablement:



help evolve internal standards for using Claude/GitHub Copilot; review AI-assisted outputs for correctness, maintainability, and security basics.
- Occasional sales/client support: join select meetings to clarify requirements, scope, and next steps as a business-to-technical translator.

Required Qualifications

- SharePoint Online baseline capability: able to assess and guide remediation (IA, permissions hygiene, governance fundamentals).
- Automation/workflow support experience: troubleshooting, reliability improvements, operational thinking.
- Technical fluency: APIs/integration concepts (REST/JSON, auth), debugging fundamentals, ability to review/validate technical work.
- BA/translation skills: discovery, requirements clarification, clear internal documentation.
- Highly self-directed: turns ambiguity into plans and outcomes; communicates progress/risks proactively.
- Claude AI: 3 years advanced experience with Claude Opus 4.7).

Preferred Qualifications

- Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps/Dataverse), M365 integration exposure (Graph awareness).
- Python and/or PowerShell (helpful for troubleshooting and improving automations).
- Practical AI literacy (limitations, validation habits, review checklists).
- MSP/consulting or multi-stakeholder experience.
