Your Role And Responsibilities

- Lead implementation of SAP Payroll module for clients.
- Assist clients in selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout, and post‑implementation support of SF and SAP on‑premise as well as cloud solutions.
- Shape future HR and Payroll processes of top national and international clients.
- Improve operational metrics, business case development, and performance measurement.




- Provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within the context of individual roles.
- Act as mentor and counsel junior team members.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

- Certified in SAP HR Payroll / SuccessFactors Payroll – 5+ years of project experience in end‑to‑end SAP payroll implementations.
- Solid knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration and processes (SAP HCM or SuccessFactors ECP).
- Hands‑on expertise in testing, documentation, and payroll result analysis.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in client‑facing lead roles.
- Adept in Payroll project activity planning.
- Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time management experience will be nice to have.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

- Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration and processes (SAP HCM or SuccessFactors ECP).
- Experience on end‑to‑end client‑facing SAP payroll implementations on more than one project.
