This role focuses on developing and delivering comprehensive site training aligned with project requirements. You will coordinate execution, manage schedules, and maintain accurate training records. Collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders will ensure timely and effective training delivery while monitoring progress and addressing risks proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of site-specific training programs
• Design and maintain comprehensive training plans
• Coordinate training sessions and execution
• Serve as primary contact for vendors and stakeholders
• Monitor and report on training progress and readiness
Requirements:
• 10+ years in training coordination or development
• Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with training systems and compliance
• Technologist and WHMIS certification required
Drive workforce readiness through strategic training planning, execution, and monitoring within the project environment effectively.
