Title: Quantitative Developer

Salary: Up to $220,000 CAD Starting Base + Bonus + Benefits

Step onto the trading floor and build the systems that move markets. Our client is searching for a sharp, creative developer to help engineer the next generation of front office risk and analytics.

You’ll work side-by-side with traders and quants, turning cutting-edge ideas into ultra-fast, production-grade systems that power real-time pricing, risk, and trading decisions. If you want your code to have immediate, visible impact - this is it.

Your Responsibilities (Full Spec. Available):

- Architect and build high-performance Python frameworks used directly by the front office
- Own the design and delivery of scalable pricing and risk systems
- Collaborate closely with quants to bring sophisticated models into production
- Optimise for speed, reliability,



and precision in a real-time trading environment

Who You Are:

- 6+ years of experience in Python within a rigorous, performance-sensitive environment
- Robust computer science fundamentals (degree ideally)
- Comfortable operating in a small, high-calibre team with significant ownership
- Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and able to engage with both technical and investment stakeholders
