For this role, you can expect a salary between $50,000-$55,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for a current vacancy.

Responsibilities

- Supporting your manager in the development and implementation of innovative search strategies
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client objectives are reached
- Overseeing campaign setup, trafficking, QA and timelines with Cossette best practice
- Lead the management and optimization of search campaigns
- Reporting including succinct and accurate results analysis, develop business insights, and package effectively
- Mentoring junior team members and ensure quality control in trafficking, maintenance, pacing
- Budget, financial and time management

Qualifications

- 2+ years of paid search experience
- Mastery of the main search platforms: Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, Microsoft Advertising Editor, Google Search Ads 360
- Exceptional data analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into strategic actions
- Keen attention to detail, catching and correcting errors before setting campaigns live and ensuring campaign budget pacing is always on track
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear and compelling reports and recommendations
- Ability to work independently and in a team, to take initiative and manage several projects simultaneously
- Advanced understanding of Google Drive products: Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs
- Required Skillshop certifications: Google Ads Search, AI-Powered Performance Ads,
