We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, operational finance, and accounting processes for our direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce business. This role will partner closely with teams across marketing, merchandising, and operations to provide financial insights while also supporting month‑end close and vendor payment processes.

The ideal candidate combines solid analytical skills with a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and e‑commerce performance metrics.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Support the monthly financial close process including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reporting packages
- Analyze variances versus budget and prior periods and provide explanations to leadership
- Work with businesses to ensure revenue, returns, fulfillment, and marketing expenses are accurately recorded
- Develop weekly and monthly business/vendor performance reports
- Prepare executive presentations summarizing financial performance and business drivers
- Assist with Accounts Payable management, including payment scheduling and vendor inquiries
- Review and process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approval workflows
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Perform ad‑hoc analysis

Experience, Education & Designations

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- At least 1‑2 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in e‑commerce, retail, or consumer goods
- Familiarity with accounting principles and month‑end close processes; experience with Quickbooks is a plus




- Strong knowledge of Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Skill in organization, analysis, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines for multiple tasks
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems

Our Compensation Philosophy

We are a meritocracy and believe in rewarding impact, accountability, and strong performance. Our compensation approach is designed to be fair, consistent, and aligned with the scope and responsibilities of each role, while supporting the attraction and retention of high‑performers.

The typical hiring range for this position is $58,000 – $72,000 annually. Final compensation may vary based on job‑related factors such as skills, experience, and demonstrated capabilities, as well as internal equity and total rewards considerations.
