In this associate position, you will coordinate payroll for a vibrant team of 300 employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining meticulous records. Your bilingual proficiency, combined with at least three years of payroll experience, will be key to success in this dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee payroll administration for Ontario and Quebec staff
• Utilize Desjardins Payroll for approximately 300 employees
• Maintain G/L accounts and support month-end entries
• Assist with achieving accurate payroll audit results
• Collaborate with internal teams to fix payroll issues
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and French, spoken and written
• 3+ years of payroll experience, especially in Quebec
• Solid experience managing payroll for over 200 employees
• Familiarity with G/L reconciliation and reporting
• Payroll certification (PCP or PLP) an advantage
