Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full ownership of balance sheet and reconciliations
• Oversee month-end close processes with accuracy
• Prepare detailed variance analysis and reporting




• Act as point of contact for external auditors
• Lead improvements in accounting processes and systems
Requirements:
• 4–5 years of accounting or financial reporting experience
• CPA designation and robust fundamentals in GAAP, IFRS
• Public accounting experience is highly preferred
• Advanced skills in Excel and ERP systems
• Strong project management and leadership skills
