Position

Territory Account Manager

Salary Range

60,000 - 65,000 CAD

Responsibilities

- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the territory, consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted partner and ambassador for PSI.
- Proactively engage with prospective clients to demonstrate the value of PSI’s products, programs, and services.
- Respond to client inquiries, explore untapped opportunities, and expand customer relationships to maximize territory performance.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Negotiate contracts, set performance goals, and align on mutually beneficial strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and territory growth.
- Analyze market trends and client data to identify new ways to enhance engagement and outcomes.
- Work closely with the sales team to share insights, refine approaches, and achieve shared goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients primarily in the core Vancouver, Whistler and Vancouver Island area.

Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships.
- High energy, self‑motivation,



and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Active listening, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- 3+ years of account management or sales experience.
- Strong business acumen, particularly in the retail sector.
- Experience in a competitive product category or market is preferred.
