Key Responsibilities:
• Verify clinical records and electronic document accuracy
• Conduct audits on scanned documents prior to destruction
• Facilitate completion of outpatient visit procedures




• Assist staff with clinical record inquiries
• Provide backup for departmental duties
Requirements:
• Diploma in Health Information Management is essential
• Member in good standing with Canadian Health Information Management Association
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required
• Knowledge of ICD 10 coding essential
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
