Your ability to analyze metrics and design training materials is crucial for supporting sponsored and DSP clients in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own customer onboarding journeys to enhance product adoption
• Respond to queries with expertise via email and Intercom
• Design and maintain knowledge databases and training materials
• Manage advertising campaigns,



including budgeting and targeting
• Analyze trends and metrics to inform client strategies
Requirements:
• Experience in digital sales or media preferred
• Proficiency in Excel with advanced formulas
• Ability to analyze data and extract insights
• Robust organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
