Elevate compensation strategies as a Senior Consultant focused on internal stakeholders. Provide strategic guidance on total rewards programs, compensation trends, and data-driven insights to enhance employee experiences.
In this remote role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with People & Culture Business Partners and senior leaders. Leverage your expertise in compensation, pay equity, and HR to support the design and implementation of inspiring compensation programs. You’ll analyze complex data and align compensation structures with evolving business needs across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic consulting on compensation initiatives
• Analyze and implement total rewards programs
• Collaborate on annual market benchmarking processes
• Support pay equity and compliance project management
• Assist in integrating acquired organizations
Requirements:
• Experience in compensation consulting or HR generalist roles
• Proficiency with compensation HRIS systems
• Solid analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage data and make sound recommendations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
