Lead strategic growth initiatives as the National Business Development Director. This full-time hybrid role focuses on cultivating long-term partnerships and strengthening service presence in the Indigenous sector across Canada.
The role commands leadership in managing the National Indigenous Solutions Practice. You will develop sales strategies and pipelines while identifying key market opportunities. Your responsibilities include coaching a team, engaging clients through targeted RFP processes, and delivering tailored proposals that underline our service value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage sales pipelines and partnerships
• Oversee end-to-end sales for group insurance and retirement
• Conduct in-depth RFPs for private or public sector deals
• Train and onboard current sales team members effectively
• Collaborate with departments for seamless client transitions
Requirements:
• 5-10 years proven sales experience required
• LLQP certification needed, active within 90 days if lapsed
• Strong understanding of group benefits and retirement services
• Experience with Indigenous communities is an asset
• Leadership skills to coach and guide teams
