Technical Implementation & Support: Guide customers through installation and calibration while providing ongoing support to ensure seamless technology adoption. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex field applications and software-related issues with a sense of urgency. Customer Education: Deliver high-quality post-sales product training, both remotely and in office, to empower our users. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Sales team to develop tailored solutions and provide the R&D team with critical "voice of the customer" feedback to influence future product development. Innovation & Feasibility: Conduct rigorous experiments to assess the feasibility of new applications and support product verification and quality investigations. Documentation: Contribute to the creation of user guides, manuals, and technical application notes. Field Engagement: Travel to customer sites, partner locations, and industry trade shows (approximately 10% travel). Qualifications Education: B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Math,



or a related technical field. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of engineering experience in specialized sectors such as machine vision, digital/video processing, opto-mechanical design, robotics, or automation . Languages: Strong programming skill in C++ is required (C# and Visual Studio is a significant asset). Systems: Comfort working with integrated hardware/software system. Problem Solver: Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for resolving technical conflicts under pressure. Communicator: The ability to translate "deep tech" concepts clearly with actionable insights. Ownership: Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and prioritize tasks without constant oversight. Adaptability: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
