This role is designed for a civil engineering graduate with over 3 years of experience in land development projects. Your responsibilities will include designing and managing comprehensive infrastructure initiatives for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. You'll engage directly with stakeholders while preparing essential technical reports and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver effective land development infrastructure solutions
• Work with clients and contractors to achieve project goals




• Conduct field reviews and manage contracts
• Prepare detailed reports, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Requirements:
• Civil engineering degree; EIT or Professional Engineer status preferred
• 3+ years of land development experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD/Civil3D
• Solid attention to detail and analysis skills
• Knowledge of local markets advantageous
