Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze product costs, material, labor, and overhead
• Collaborate on inventory accounting, ensuring proper valuation
• Monitor cost variances and investigate root causes




• Facilitate accurate month-end and year-end close activities
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis for business initiatives
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant cost accounting experience
• Background in manufacturing finance preferred
• Strong skills with Excel and ERP systems
• High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
