Transform marine construction projects as a Marine Construction Manager. Drive safety, quality, and logistical excellence in a energetic role located at a remote site near Squamish, BC on a rotational schedule.
In this temporary position running from May 2026 to February 2027, you will spearhead multidisciplinary marine construction programs. This role requires extensive experience, with at least 10 years in construction, including 5 years as a Construction Manager on significant marine projects. You will collaborate with engineers, scientists, and contractors while ensuring compliance and safety throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee large-scale marine infrastructure construction projects
• Develop and execute comprehensive construction work plans
• Liaise with clients, engineering teams,
and regulatory bodies
• Manage documentation workflows, RFIs, and change orders
• Support site investigations and incident responses
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years construction experience, 5 years in marine
• Relevant degree in Engineering is advantageous
• Proven leadership in multidisciplinary marine environments
• Familiarity with large-diameter caissons and marine works
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time to site
