As the Director, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for human rights and policy compliance related to sexual violence response. This role emphasizes managing complex complaints, regulatory literacy, and institutional policy implementation. Key responsibilities include overseeing investigations, developing educational initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee human rights and sexual violence complaint resolution
• Manage investigations and provide strategic legislative guidance
• Develop and deliver training on human rights policies




• Ensure institutional AODA compliance and governance
• Lead and supervise Managers and support staff
Requirements:
• Post Graduate Degree in Law, Public Policy, or related field
• Minimum nine years in human rights or compliance roles
• Advanced training in human rights law and conflict resolution
• Expertise in policy governance and legislative interpretation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
