This role is crucial for coordinating recruitment and HR processes within the designated business group. You will oversee recordkeeping, posting job openings, and maintaining accurate documentation on candidates. Additionally, you'll assist in scheduling interviews, processing vendor invoices, and collaborating with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post job openings on various platforms
• Maintain candidate documentation and interview schedules




• Schedule interviews and arrange candidate travel
• Process vendor invoices and manage database
• Communicate recruitment status effectively
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in recruitment or HR-related roles
• Financial services experience is mandatory
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Proficiency with MS Office tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
